Pleasanton Hotel Now Home to Farmer Restaurant
After months of cleaning and planning the Pleasanton Hotel in Downtown Pleasanton plans to open in mid July. The new restaurant will be called The Farmer Restaurant (at the Pleasanton Hotel).
At the end of 2008 the Pleasanton Hotel owner did not renew the lease of the existing restaurant in the Pleasanton Hotel. The owners of the Pleasanton Hotel wanted to update the hotel and target a ‘younger’ crowd. We will see if Farmer Restaurant has what it takes to attract a different crowd.
Farmer Restaurant has a motto of Eat, Drink and be Merry. Down-home food in a fun, friendly atmosphere. There will be music & dancing at the restaurant. The Pleasanton Hotel also books weddings and banquets which they can host on their large outdoor patio.

So far I’m not impressed…….. No website, no details, no menu, and no response to emails for a menu………
