Update – Oak Grove Pleasanton Ruling
Oak Grove in Pleasanton has been a lengthy process for the Lin family taking roughly 17 years to get where they are. A ruling on Oak Grove in Pleasanton by Judge Frank Roesch last Thursday forces the city sign the development agreement, which to this point City Manager Nelson Fialho has refused to sign. This ruling does not give the green light to start the Oak Grove development because the residents of Pleasanton through the Save Pleasanton Hills group can reverse the council’s approval of the PUD. The approval of the Planned Unit Development is what the Save Pleasanton Hills group want reversed.
Oak Grove Pleasanton is 600 Acres of land at the South East corner of Pleasanton.
Oak Grove Development would…
Allow 51 Custom Lots
Give 497 acres to the city of Pleasanton
Owners will give $1 Million in cash to the city.
